FIAR with Clown of God- discussed the plight of orphans and elderly people with no one to care for them, symbolic imagery in the book with the dove, relationships and difficult people, occupations and entertainers, Italian words for thank you and goodbye, the use of Legends and oral traditions, juggling, recalling the scenes from Papa Piccolo of Venice, miracles and the story's ending.
Started La Clase Divertida Lesson 1 and completed flag craft
Did mini-math eval- Elle is proficient in numbers up to 100, grouping, measurement, math vocabulary, imaging addition, manipulative subtraction, skip counting by 10, penny value
She needs work on skip counting by two, other coin values, and number reversals when writing
